Returns, Replacements, and Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with your order. Please review the policy below before requesting a return or replacement.
Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items
If you receive a product that is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, you may be eligible for a free replacement.
Issues must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
To request a replacement, please email support@apexsendco.com or submit a request via a contact form on our website and include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the product placed on a flat surface
- The full product visible in one frame, with the print issue or defect clearly shown
If the print quality or product condition is confirmed to be subpar, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
Returns and refunds
Customers may return their phone case if they are not satisfied. However, returns are eligible for a partial refund only.
Original shipping costs and some of our other custom printing fees that are factored in the product cost are non-refundable.
Instructions for the return will be provided after contacting support.
